Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Center on Friday, April 4, 2025, Rosemary (nee Fewer) Slaney age 73 years.
Rosemary was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. She loved her family very much, especially her grandchildren Noah, Kearrah, Daneille and great-grand kids Marly and Elle. All she ever wanted was the very best for them and she succeeded. She was very devoted to her brothers and sister, this showed especially in her last days when they were there and always present, they never left her side. Myself (Kevin) and my children are forever grateful.
Mom is predeceased by her parents: Elizabeth (nee Reynolds) and Patrick Fewer, Jim and Yvonne Fewer and Betty Ann Fewer. As well as all the Fewer, Reynolds and Slaney family gone before her, she is with them now.
She leaves behind her son, Kevin and his children, sister, Ann (Terry) and her brothers: Joe, Dennis and Richard, many nieces and nephews. As well her special friend, Helen. She will be missed so very much, however will always be here especially in her grandchildren, whom she bestowed so much of herself in them.
Many thanks to all the family, friends, doctors and nurses that made her last days very peaceful. A very special thank you to her brother, Richard, who was with her day and night and holding her as she peacefully passed, she loved you, thank you!
