Muriel Maloney of Holyrood, passed peacefully away in her 93rd year on Wednesday, October 27th, 2021. She was predeceased by her parents: Michael & Isabella Maloney and brother William. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her devoted brother Michael (Loretta) with whom she resided for over 20 years, seven cherished nieces and nephews: Aidan (Carla), Michele, Walter (Lynette), William (Michelle), Raylene Fleming, Alice, and Sandra (Blair) Billard, eight precious great nieces and nephews: Phil ( Laura) and Steve Maloney (and their mother Heather), Keirsten and Mark Maloney, Emma Fleming, Evan and Andrew Billard, Erica Maloney and one very special great-great nephew Theo Maloney, as well as a circle of other relatives and friends.
Resting at Dunphy’s Funeral Home, Holyrood. Visitation will take place on Friday, October 29th from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. As per Covid-19 Restrictions, the Covid Passport and a Photo ID will be required to attend the Visitation and Funeral Mass. The funeral service is private and by invitation only. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Holy Cross Catholic Church, Holyrood on Friday, November 12, 2021 at 2:00 pm with interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, Holyrood. For those unable to attend, the service will be livestreamed with the link available below.
