Flannigan, Mary G. ( nee Anthony ) May 25, 1936 - April 24, 2020 Mary Flannigan of Avondale passed away at the Long Term Care Centre in Carbonear surrounded by her family on Friday, April 24, 2020 at 83 years of age. She was predeceased by her: husband Edward in 2009, daughter Debra Darlene in 1961, Brother Robert ( Theresa ) Anthony, sister Anna ( Edward) Nolan and daughter-in-law Carol Ann Anthony. Mary is lovingly remembered by her four sons: Edward ( Joan ), Tyrone ( Rita ), Darren, and Roger ( Patsy ). She is also leaving to mourn her grandchildren: Richard, Anthony, Andrew, Casey and Tyler. Special niece Sharon ( Steve ), In-laws: Anne Hawco, Winnie Mason, Gus ( Geraldine ) Flannigan and George Flannigan, as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews and friends. During these challenging times, cremation has already taken place. Resting at Dunphy's Funeral Home, Holyrood. Visitation on Friday, August 21, 2020 from 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm.Please remember to follow Covid-19 Restrictions and practice social distancing. Funeral Service will take place at Assumption Roman Catholic Church, Avondale on Saturday, August 22, 2020 at 11:00 am with interment to follow at Assumption Cemetery.
