It is with heavy hearts that our family shares the passing of Margaret Ann Dalton (nee Hicks), age 91 years at her home in Harbour Main, with family by her side on Saturday, August 2nd.
Margaret was a devoted mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and aunt with 27 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. She was an avid cook and loved gardening and knitting.
She was predeceased by her father and mother; Joseph Hicks and Agatha (nee Joy), husband, Lawrence, sons; Wayne and Sean and daughters; Jacquelyn and Laura.
Left with fond and loving memories are her children: Charlie (Marie), Lawrence Jr. (Rose), Gary (Shirley), Hubert (Fran), Terrence, Teresa Morgan (Clarence), Michelle Dalton (Mark Chow Young), Douglas (Jennifer), Maurice (Jennifer), Carla Stanford (Dan), daughters-in-law; Rhonda and Kathy, son-in-law, Cecil Fagan, sister, Teresa Doyle and brother, Joseph Hicks, as well as a circle of other relatives and friends.
Mass of Christian Burial Will be celebrated at Sts. Peter and Paul Parish, Harbour Main on Saturday, August 9, 2025 at 9:30 am with interment to follow at Sts. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Harbour Main.
