It is with great sadness that we mourn the loss of Lillian Hawco, who passed after a short illness on January 25, 2025 at the Health Sciences Centre in St. John's, NL.
Lilly was predeceased by her parents Philip and Mary Hefferman and husband Walter Hawco.
Leaving to mourn are her son Joshua, daughter Dominique (partner Bram) and grandchildren Savannah and William, sisters: Sharon Nolan (John), Debbie Barfitt (Paul), Cathy Hefferman, Cindy Hefferman and Lisa Tulk (Roger), and brothers; Dan Hefferman (Lynn) and David Hefferman (Karene), many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends in Mount Carmel and St. John's.
Resting at Dunphy’s Funeral Home, Holyrood. Visitation will take place on Thursday, February 6th from 1:00 pm – 7:00 pm. Funeral Service will be held at Dunphy’s Memorial Chapel on Friday, February 7th, 2025 at 10:30 am, with inurnment to follow at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Cemetery, SMB.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Lillian's memory may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or a charity of your choice.
