Kathleen (nee Myers) Walsh

Passed peacefully away at the Leonard A. Miller Centre surrounded by her loving family after a courageous battle with cancer on Thursday, September 23rd, 2021, Kathleen Walsh (White) age 73 years.

Predeceased by her parents; Martin and Mary Myers, husbands; Ambrose and Carl; brothers; Marty and Freddie, sister Rose, sister-in-law, Anna-Mae, son-in-law Steve and grandson Garrett.

Left with fond and loving memories are her: son Scott (Hilda), daughters; Joanne and Tammy (Jason), grandchildren: Danielle (Matt), Christine (Chris), Kristin, Amber (Curtis), Brady (Madison) and Sasha (Evan), great grandchildren; Kiera and Jamie, sisters: Lena (Benny), Martina (Leo), Loretta (Wilmore), Maude (Dick), Maureen (Val) and Jean, brother Paddy, sister-in-law Pat, brother-in-law Jerry and a large circle of extended family and friends.

Resting at Dunphy’s Funeral Home, Holyrood. A Public visitation, everyone is welcome to attend, will be held on Sunday, September 26, 2021 from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm and 7:00 to 9:00 pm. The funeral service is by invitation only due to Covid-19 Restrictions. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Harbour Main on Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at 10:30 am with inurnment to follow at the R.C. Cemetery, Brigus.

A special thank you to the nurses at the Palliative Care Unit at the Miller Centre, family doctor Dr. Annabeth Loveys and Dr. Downton, Dr. Siddiqui and all the doctors, nurses and staff of unit 4NA and the Cancer Centre in the Health Science Centre.
