Passed peacefully away at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital on Monday, January 7, 2008, in the presence of her family, Florence Hanlon, age 95 years of O'Donnell's, St. Mary's Bay. Predeceased by her parents, brother, sister, sons: Francis and Clem, grandchildren: Frankie & Marie, son-in-law, James Tobin, and her loving husband Michael Hanlon. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her four sons: Harry (Ann), Mike (Karen), John (Josephine), Clarence (Helen), and one daughter, Geraldine Tobin, also her 21 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren and a large circle of nieces and nephews, her special friend Kay and extended family and friends. Resting at Enright Memorial Chapel, St. Joseph's. Visitation Tuesday 4-6pm (family only), 6 - 9pm for the public, Wednesday 10am - 9pm, Thursday 10am -1pm, followed by Funeral Mass at St. Joseph's Church. Interment will be in St. Anne's Cemetery, O'Donnell's. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Dunphy's Funeral Home, Holyrood.
