Edward Francis Wall

Edward Wall entered into eternal rest surrounded by his loving family on Monday, February 22, 2021 at the Health Sciences Centre in his 97 year. He was predeceased by his loving wife of 67 years, Rita (nee Anthony), son Gary, parents Frances and Jim Wall, Brothers: Leo, Pad and Nick Wall, Sisters; Bride Corbett and Ann Mahoney. Left to mourn are his children: Jim Wall (Lena), Doreen Penney (George), Bernard Wall (Jeannie), Kathleen Brophy (Kevin), Nick Wall (Brenda), Pat Hickey (Larry), Frances Morey (Greg), Brenda Wall (Ron), Lena Lewis (Andy), Joe Wall (Sharon) and Leo Wall (Molly), 17 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and large circle of extended family and friends.

Edward was a gregarious, hard-working and giving man. He was a gracious host, thoroughly enjoying spending time with family and friends. He excelled at carpentry, to which he worked for 50 years. In his retirement, he immensely enjoyed camping with his life-long partner Rita, where they developed many friendships. Edward lived his life to the fullest, driving ATV’s and completing renovations well into his 90’s. Although today we mourn his loss, we must appreciate the time together and all that he has taught us, on his journey here on earth.

Resting at Dunphy's Funeral Home, Holyrood. “Due to the current Covid -19 Lock Down, the service is private and must be attended virtually”. Private Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Sts. Peter & Paul Church, Harbour Main on Friday, February 26, 2021 at 10:30 am with a private interment to follow at Sts. Peter & Paul Cemetery, Harbour Main.
