David Patrick O’Brien (Spook) passed peacefully away at the Health Science Center July 9, 2022 with his loving wife Aggie, brother Bill & Patricia by his side at the age of 69 years. Predeceased by his parents; William, Janet (Jenny) O’Brien.
Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his wife Agnes (Aggie) nee Hepditch of 10 loving years, Dave’s step children: Keith (Nicole), Patricia & Charlene (John), Dave’s children: Nadine (Steve), Patti (Wayne) & Pete, grandchildren: Michael, Jacob, Elizabeth, Tyler, Marcus, Cameron, Molly, Noah, Issac, Abby, great grandson Max, brothers in-law: Tony (Caroline), Kenneth (Mary deceased), sister in-law Madonna (Brian), brothers & sisters: Bill (Glenys deceased), Jack (Karen), Theresa (Tom), Mary (Edward), Betty, Carol Ann (George), Helen (Gordon), Jeanette (Steve) & Joyce (Patrick deceased), many nieces, nephews, friends especially Muck, Boo Bill & his brothers & sisters of the Boiler Makers Local 203 & Iron Workers Local 764.

Visitation will be held at Dunphy’s Funeral Home, Holyrood on Tuesday, July 12th, 2022 from 2:00 pm – 4 :00 pm & 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm with cremation to follow. Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 10:30 am on Thursday, July 14, 2022 from Holy Cross Church, Holyrood. Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, Holyrood. Donations in David’s Memory may be made to the Heart & Stroke Association or to a charity of one’s choice.
